First wash the turkey or pork thoroughly and pat dry with kitchen paper. Cut the meat into smaller pieces and flatten with a rolling pin or a meat hammer. Lightly season the meat with salt and pepper and coat in flour. Melt the butter in a pan and brown the meat on both sides. Then add the vegetable broth. Stir in the creme fraiche and cook on a low heat for 10-15 mins until the meat is cooked through. Add tomato sauce to taste. Enjoy your German style home cooking.
